Mental Wellness for the Creative Soul

On August 25th, attendees joined Anne Lee, a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting creatives in the entertainment industry, for an insightful session on recognizing and processing emotional, mental, and spiritual responses to the cyclical nature of work.

The workshop explored three key seasons:

• Season 1 – Trained & Ready: Preparation for or reinvention of work.
• Season 2 – Activated: Sustaining energy and focus during work.
• Season 3 – De-Activated: Processing release from or loss of work.

Participants left with practical tools and strategies to navigate each season with greater awareness and resilience, gaining guidance for both their professional and personal lives.
