Artist Wellness Workshop

Our recent Artist Wellness Workshop offered a powerful hour of insight and encouragement for artists and those who support them. Led by Michael Dorren, Ph.D.—a seasoned clinical psychologist, artist wellness coach, and faith-driven mentor—the session provided practical strategies for maintaining mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health in the often-demanding world of music.

Drawing from more than 25 years in private practice and his own experience co-managing his daughter’s music career, Dr. Dorren shared honest reflections on the unique pressures artists face. Participants gained valuable tools to build resilience, find balance, and stay grounded in purpose while pursuing creative goals.

The event’s interactive format gave attendees space to ask questions, share experiences, and walk away feeling seen, supported, and better equipped to thrive—both on and off the stage.
